  1. You watch more TV than I do!! :::taking inordinate glee in this fact:::

Am reading The Princess Bride right now and discovering (to my great joy) that the dialogue in the movie is nearly word-for-word. :) (And the older daughter is getting the soundtrack for her birthday this month. Shhhhhh! ;) )

  3. Have you read the Princess Bride, too? I read it and, like Cindy, enjoyed the fact that the dialogue in the movie was nearly word-for-word; however, I found the writing quite cynical. The overall affect of the movie was much more cheerful, I thought...

  5. Well, LuCindy, DM isn't on anymore (at least on the few channels we get) . . . so . . . well . . . one must do SOMETHING to take a break, right?!

I haven't read The Princess Bride, Meg. How does it work to read the novel *after* seeing the movie? Don't know if I ever have . . .

Teri, thanks for stopping by to read my silliness!
